DID YOU KNOW?
- 3,000 students drop out of high school each year in Orange County
- The average high school dropout costs the community nearly $300,000 in their lifetime
- Helping kids stay on track in the summer and off-times from school perpetuates year-round learning potential
We need your help! July and August we’re focusing volunteer engagement efforts on Education | Back to School. We are currently holding a school supply drive, a volunteer day where we'll make improvements to Madison Elementary School in Anaheim. Also on this day, volunteers will sort and stuff the donations from the school supply drive into backpacks.
All donations are needed before August 6th.
We are in need of school supplies or donations toward school supplies. Our goal is to supply 16,000 low income students with stuffed backpacks. For more information on the event, to make a donation or sponsorship, for a list of preferred supplies and to RSVP please click here.
By getting involved with the above need you're actions will help achieve the FACE2024 Education goal: Cut the high school dropout rate in half
