As a Community Engagement & Partnerships (CEP) Service Associate you’ll connect with local partners to build capacity, coordinate activities, and ensure that all disaster-affected communities have access to Red Cross services. Your role involves implementing the CEP plan, engaging with organizations, and supporting multi-agency collaborative efforts to promote regional engagement and inclusive partnerships. When hurricanes, wildfires, and other disasters strike, families are left without the basics — food, shelter, and comfort. You can be the one who helps them begin to recover. Deploy across the country to deliver shelter, supplies, and support when it’s needed most. QUALIFICATIONS – Must be 18 years or older. Must live in Orange County, California. Bilingual a plus.
