THINK Together

THINK Together serves more than 100,000 students a year through 400-plus program sites located in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Sacramento counties.

We surround schools with an ecosystem of supports that improves students’ academic achievement. We have built a world-class program department supported by best-in-class training to deliver consistently high quality programs for our students and families. In addition, we mobilize thousands of community volunteers who significantly reduce staff-to-student ratios and enhance the quality of academic and enrichment programs.

THINK Together curricula reinforce the critical content standards for students at each grade level. Our programs come in different shapes and sizes but all of them work to help each student develop and achieve the academic successes needed to participate in our knowledge-based economy. Our belief is that learning should be fun and our programs seek to engage students’ unique abilities and interests.  THINK Together staff are caring advocates who understand that every child has the right to reach his or her full potential.

While different employee groups throughout THINK Together may perform varied functions in different work environments and geographic locations, the organization’s culture is the “common thread” that binds us together.
