

Project: Volunteer with Families Forward, a United Way Partner in reaching the 2024 Housing goal of cutting the percent of homeless and housing-insecure children in half at the 7th Annual Community Resource Fair. The Community Resource Fair provides our community with free health screenings as well as resources for housing, legal issues and more. Volunteer to help make this possible!

Time:
Shift 1) 8:00 a.m. to - 10:00 a.m. Need 20 volunteers – Set up and agency assistance
Shift 2) 10:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. – Need 15 volunteers – Attendee assistance, evaluation, surveyors, agency assistance and food distribution
Shift 3) 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. – Need 20 volunteers: For the third shift, we are looking for volunteers that are strong and willing to assist with clean-up and tear down (i.e. manual work)
Other volunteer duties: help set up for the event, assist with parking, prepare food, survey guests and much more
Minimum age for volunteer is 10 years old. For children 10-14 years old, they will need to volunteer with adult/parent supervision. If anyone is interested, they can contact me to discuss further or to sign up.
