The SmileMakers Guild and the Council on Aging Orange County present An Evening of Comedy, the 11th Annual Fundraising Event.
We hope you will join us for our 11th Annual Evening of Comedy. Your presence for this event will help to ensure that when the holidays are upon us, magic will happen for deserving seniors throughout our Orange County community.
Proceeds freom this event support the SmileMakers' magor annual effort to provide gifts for vulnerable seniors who live in residential care facilities or who live alone. Many of these seniors are without family or friends and would otherwise receive no recognition during the holidays. Personal gift requests from more than 3,000 lonely seniors will soon begin to arrive at Council headquarters. Because of your participation in this event, the Smile Makers will be able to fulfill them.
Smilemakers' funds also contribute to other vital programs and sevices the Council (a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation) provides to promote the independence, health, and dignity of older adults through compassion, education, and advocacy.
