Support our largest annual fundraiser, the Women’s Philanthropy Fund Breakfast. Volunteers will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for guests while supporting event logistics from setup through teardown. Four shifts are available to fit different schedules and responsibilities.
Shift #1: Event Setup & Guest Greeters
Time: 6:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Volunteers will assist with early morning setup, including arranging registration areas, placing signage, organizing materials, and preparing the ballroom for guests. Once guests begin arriving, volunteers will transition into greeter roles—welcoming attendees, directing them to registration, and helping create a positive first impression.
Shift #2: Registration Support
Time: 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM
Volunteers will support the registration process by checking in attendees, assisting with name badges, answering general questions, and helping manage lines to ensure a smooth and efficient flow. This role is ideal for those who are comfortable engaging with guests and providing friendly customer service.
Shift #3: Ballroom & Volunteer Activity Support
Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Volunteers will assist inside the ballroom during the program, helping with seating guidance, distributing materials, supporting any volunteer-driven activities, and providing general event support as needed. Flexibility and attentiveness are key in this role.
Shift #4: Event Teardown
Time: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Volunteers will help with event breakdown, including packing materials, clearing tables, removing signage, and restoring the space. This shift is perfect for those who prefer behind-the-scenes support and ensuring the event concludes smoothly.
