ABOUT THIS REMOTE PROJECT:
Volunteers are needed to assemble cleaning care kits for our community program participants and you can help from the safety of your own home as Remote Volunteers. The kits you make will be distributed at our HUB of Hope resource center. We currently serve over 1,000 households between our four food pantries. Thank you for helping to provide essential items to our neighbors in need!
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Collect Items - Suggested items for the Cleaning Kits are listed below, but you can be creative and choose what you want to include. Please remember – the items listed are the most needed for our families:
- Broom/Dustpan
- Mop/Bucket
- Paper Towels
- Laundry Detergent
- All-Purpose Cleaner
- Bleach
- Disinfectant Cleaner
- Duster
- Dish Soap
- Sponges
- Kitchen Trash Bags
- Kitchen Trash Cans
- Lysol/Disinfectant Wipes
Create Activity Kits:
Now you are ready to assemble! Host an assembling event with family, friends and/or coworkers at a location you choose. Assemble the items in a trash can, plastic container, box or basket.
DROP OFF INSTRUCTIONS:
Once your kit(s) has been completed you are ready to drop them off.
Drop off location: 611 S. Ford Ave, Fullerton CA 92832. Please knock on the far-right door
Days and Times: Tuesday through Fridays between 9:30-11:30am are the preferred drop-off times. These are the drop-off times that have been created for the safety of our staff and volunteers. We are serving clients between 1-4pm.

Pathways of Hope is a nonprofit organization that serves families and individuals throughout North Orange County. For 50 years Pathways of Hope has been providing food, shelter and support and prevention services to the hungry, homeless and marginalized through assistance of local congregations, volunteers, businesses and grants from foundations and government agencies.
The Pathways of Hope HUB of Hope offers emergency food and hygiene items to homeless and low-income families and individuals as well as housing assistance to those experience housing issues.
